01You speak to the person who does the work
Not a call centre agent working from a script, and not a lead-generation site that will sell your number to three contractors and let them fight over you. Our technician quotes the job, our technician does the job, and his name is on your paperwork.
02The van is a spares shop
Torsion springs in the common sizes, cables, rollers, hinges, brackets, capacitors, remotes, receivers and the motors we fit most. It is the difference between "we will be back on Tuesday with the part" and a working door before lunch.
03Fixed pricing you sign before we start
We diagnose on site, write the number down, and hand it to you. You say yes or you say no — walking away costs you nothing beyond the callout we told you about in advance. Nothing gets added to the invoice afterwards.
04Safety is not an optional extra
A torsion spring stores enough energy to break an arm. We fit safety cables on extension-spring doors, we set and test the motor's safety reverse, and we do not skip either to make a quote look R400 cheaper than the next one.
05We tell you when not to spend the money
The most profitable thing we could do is agree with every customer who has decided they need a whole new system. We do not. If your door is fine and only the motor has failed, you get a motor. If the door is beyond saving, we say so before you spend R6 000 on a repair that buys you eighteen months. It is the least profitable sentence in this business and the reason our diary is full.
