Do you quote over the phone?
We will give you an honest range over the phone, and we will tell you what the callout costs. What we will not do is commit to a firm number for a door we have not seen — that is how people end up with a quote that grows.
Do you work on Saturdays and Sundays?
Saturdays 08:00 to 14:00 for normal bookings. Sundays and public holidays we run emergency callouts only — a garage door stuck open is a security problem and we treat it as one.
